Hi, everyone!  Wanted to share a new tutorial video I put together by request, which demonstrates a few techniques which could be used to easily create a 100% quad cylinder, for use in subdivisional modeling.  Potentially, these methods could also come in handy for capping any circular mesh hole with quadrilateral faces.  While I am working in this video with 3dsmax, the procedures used here should be easily performed in any capable polygon modeling package.

I'll make sure to watch this, N-gons and tris can be really annoying to work with. I'm sure this will work in Blender as well.
