Modeled in 3dsmax, rendered in Octane Render.

This is a schwartz isosurface, created in 3dsmax using the awesome Mathsurf v2 plugin by Ali Torabi. Some thickness applied with Shell modifier, and used the Array feature to create a "wall" from the surface. I thought it would make a really cool looking partition/sculpture in someone's livingroom. At least I'd love to have it in mine. ;)

Thank you. Yes, I thought the same when I was putting it together. I always liked the late 60's/early 70's oddball motif. This is definitely somewhat of a throwback homage to that era. Even the color-grading was intentional to that effect. I used an older Kodak film response and gamma correction. The final effect is kind of like how an old Polaroid would look, or how I remember them looking. :)

You're welcome. Again I must say that you've achieved a wonderfully realistic render ... superb homage to the era. :)

Kind of makes me think of the Kubric movies from the 60's.
